the rooftop pool was fantastic , especially given the hot weather. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. free bikes were available , and i loved cycling through the rice fields.

the hotel is near many shops and restaurants. it is a short walk to many tourist attractions. the ancient town is about an eight minute walk. taxis are readily available.

the staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. they helped me book a tour and a show ticket , and everything went smoothly. i also booked a transfer to the airport , and it was cheaper than the grab app.

The hotel had free bikes available and that was a great perk. We used them to ride to the beach.
The breakfast was not very good. The selection of food was limited and not very fresh. The coffee tasted weak, and the fruit looked like it had been sitting out for too long.

The staff changed my room from twin beds to a double bed room. THEY prepared a lovely fruit platter for my birthday. I found the front desk staff to be smiling and helpful. They seemed to know all guests. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a great variety.
The gym could use a little updating, though everything was functional.

My room included a large bed and a nice balcony, VERY clean. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. I found the provided toiletries to be of good quality.

The pool area is surprisingly big with around five sun loungers, REALLY a nice spot to relax. There are also two tables with chairs near the pool. Free bicycles are available to use, and the location is ideal for exploring the area.

The staff provided local knowledge and recommendations on where to go. Staff was so helpful, they even upgraded my room without being asked. They ensured I was located near to my travel companions. This was so considerate.
